Office of Research and Sponsored Programs
The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) supports scholarship, research, and creative activity at UW-Eau Claire. ORSP is a great place for interested Blugolds to learn more about starting or joining a student-faculty project.
Blugold Biomedical Innovator Program
UW-Eau Claire and Mayo Clinic Health System have combined forces to create the Blugold Biomedical Innovator Program. Each year, a cohort of students are selected to become Innovator Scholars, participating in competitive research experiences and networking with medical professionals. Each student in this cohort also receives an $8,000 annual (renewable) scholarship.
When graduating senior Dylan Berry says his time at 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 was 'a very packed 4 years,' he is underselling his accomplishments. The biomedical engineering major also completed two minors, multiple research projects and publications, took part in two student organizations and will graduate from the Crosby Honors College.
Emily Casey, who will graduate from UW-Eau Claire this month with a social work degree, has overcome a lot to become a college graduate. After the effects of a traumatic brain injury slowed her down for a while, with proper support and accommodations, she will start graduate school in the fall.
Aaron Shue will follow in his mother’s footsteps when he begins his nursing career after graduating from UW-Eau Claire with his bachelor’s degree in nursing on May 17. He will then return to his hometown of Rochester, Minnesota, to begin work in a trauma intensive care unit.
